The brief

A website as good as the work

Amy is a degree-qualified clinical naturopath in Brisbane specialising in women's hormonal health: endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD, adenomyosis, and gut healing. She serves clients Australia-wide.

She needed a bespoke website that positioned her as a premium, evidence-based practitioner. Editorial in feel, warm in voice, and engineered to convert browsers into booked consultations. And she needed someone who understood the naturopathic world well enough to write the copy without her having to explain it.

That's where Make It Media came in.

The problem
Outdated template site on an old platform. Slow load times, no booking integration, generic copy that didn't reflect her clinical specialisation in hormonal health, and no SEO foundations.
The solution
A custom-coded 5-page site with full blog system, editorial design, Simple Clinic booking integration, Google Reviews carousel, GA4 + Microsoft Clarity analytics, and copy written in an evidence-based tone by a naturopath. Built to look like a boutique clinic, not a one-person business.

The process

How we built it together

Discovery session
A 60-minute brand messaging session to understand Amy's practice, her ideal patients, what she wanted to be known for, and what wasn't working about her old site.
Week 1

Copy & strategy
All 5 pages of copy written using clinical background knowledge and patient search behaviour. Sent to Amy for review. Minimal changes needed because the brief was done properly upfront.
Week 1–2

Design & build
Visual identity developed, then full site built in Next.js. Simple Clinic booking connected, all pages built and reviewed with two rounds of revisions.
Week 2–3
04
Launch & handover
Site deployed to Netlify, domain connected, GA4 and Search Console live. Full walkthrough with Amy so she knows how to manage her site going forward.
